Extra Virgin Olive Oil “El Vergerars” is made exclusively from the Arbequina variety of olives that are produced in the territory of the Agricultural Co-operative of Salomó.

A dry LAND, where olive trees are surrounded by forests and the land is cultivated in banks and narrow terraces, supported by stone walls raised by the labour of farmers over the centuries.
The CLIMATE, the Mediterranean coastline, with mild temperatures throughout the year and little rain, enhances the qualities of the fruit.
The HUMAN hand, the farmer of always, who each year cultivates vineyards and olive trees for the finest harvest.
Salomó Agricultural Co-operative produce 3 million kg. of grape each year, the white is comprised from the varieties of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Cardonnay.
Furthermore, red varieties Ull de Llebre i Sumoi are also produced.
At the controlled fermentation plant wine bases are produced for some of the most prestigious brands of Catalan Cava.
Besides rigorous processing techniques, the plant also has stringent quality checks to provide the highest of standards that are required for today’s market.
